  • An energetic healing modality that encourages full body harmony. Experience a sense of calm and ease within your nervous system. It is a safe, gentle, and non-intrusive technique involving deep rest and hand placements.

  • Reiki is an energetic healing modality that encourages full body harmony; as such, each reiki session you have will vary in results based on what you need at the time of treatment.

    Your session is customized to you, and will follow such a flow:

    〰 a conversation on your personal needs, goals, and intention for the time together

    〰 45 minutes reiki treatment, with hand placements on or off the body

    〰 during treatment, it is common to experience one or more of the following: deep rest, energetic sensations throughout the body, emotional reflection or release, mental clarity, a sense of ease

    〰 customized herbal tea and optional reflection with Jessica
